Me, in Brief
And I love writing online. I'm the type who's always convinced that no one reads this page, even though my stats pages say differently. Still, I enjoy it, so I'm going to keep doing it. Since there are about four years of entries online right now, and that would be too many to read, I pulled these ten entries that I feel are the most representative of myself and this journal: Everything I Need To Know About Life I Learned at JournalCon - Oct '02 I Have a Green Thumb - March '03 Loki's Story: Best Friends, Utah (4 parts) - May '03 Marzipan - June '03 A Day at the Zoo - July '03 Ho, Ho, Ho My God! - Nov '03> Baby It's Cold Outside - Dec '03 So This is Good-Bye - Feb '05 Who Knew Soup Could Be So Funny? - May '05 Tree Stars - Aug '05 Why "Seafoam"? I have always loved the ocean. Every time I go to the beach, I stare at the beautiful patterns the white foam makes in the ocean waves. Always moving, always changing, and always, always beautiful. For me, it is a nice metaphor for life. Some Details About Seafoam
I started writing online in 2001. The first version of Seafoam was at the now defunct diary-x. Then I went to JournalCon the following year, which inspired me to start a new version of Seafoam on my own domain, which has been up and running since September 28, 2002. The Seafoam title graphic is made by yours truly, and all HTML is hand-coded by me. Obligatory Rambly Disclaimer All writing contained in Seafoam is written by me, and is expressed in my own personal point of view and opinions. So, don't have a cow over anything I write here. Not that you would, because you're cool, right? Right. After all, I am usually only writing about my cats, or how much I hate traffic, or how much I like monkeys or traveling or something, anyway. Lastly, if you decide you hate me or anything I say, feel free to click away to a different site. And if you decide you like me or anything I have to say, by all means, email me! (Delete the word "delete" first in the address, though, all right, people?) I seriously love nothing more than hearing from cool people about the things I write, and I promise to write you back. Also, if you just feel like leaving a comment on the page, I will respond on that entry page, not in email, so check back if you care to see my response. I think that's about it! Thanks for reading!
