A lot of the people who show up in my journal are a bunch of characters, just not in the fictional sense of the word! These are the people I seem to mention most often (some names have been changed to protect the innocent), and a little bit about each one... (links to other Particlewoman sites open in new windows) My little family Joe ~ my awesome husband, as well as my best friend in the world! Patches and Homer ~ our rascally kitties Mom and Dad ~ (I think it's obvious who they are) ~ My parents are divorced. Mom lives in WA, and Dad lives in TX. Wyatt and Alyssa ~ my oldest brother and his wife, who live in upstate New York. Derek and Heather ~ my second oldest brother and his wife, who live in Texas, with all their wonderful pets. Garth ~ my brother who's 2 years younger than me, and lives in Washington state.
Friends Angela ~ one of my closest friends in the world, she always makes me feel good inside every time I talk with her. Right now, she lives in Washington state, which is too far away! But we manage to spend a decent amount of time on the phone, which is a lot of fun! Bobbi ~ an awesome friend I met at the humane society. She is the one who got me into pet-sitting, which I'm so grateful for. She also recently became a certified dog trainer, and is one of the funniest and sweetest people I know.
Kirsten ~ my animal loving friend who I met online when she found me via an entry I'd written about EATM, an animal training program we're both interested in Melissa ~ a wonderful Bay Area friend who shares my love of the ocean. Misti ~ my awesome friend who shares very similar spiritual views to mine. We share lots of laughs together, and always have a great time when we hang out together. She lives in the Bay Area, too. UCLA friends ~ Amy, Farnaz, Jen, Ronni Volunteering Little Zoo ~ the wildlife facility where I help out with the animals Mallory ~ the person I volunteer with at Little Zoo
