I was just reading over some of the posts on the messageboard of the JournalCon2002 website. I am really excited! Everyone seems really funny and cheery and nice. Plus, my roommte Emily and I have decided to have the cool Pajama Party room. Yay!

I am looking forward to it. Looking back at my previous entry, I am not sure if it is even readily apparent or not that I was merely poking fun at myself for feeling nervous about the whole thing. I am more excited than nervous. And the nervous part only comes from fearing that I'll somehow make an ass of myself. But seriously, even if I do, at least I'll have fun stuff to write about afterwards, right? :-)

I'm feeling pretty excited right about now! I am worried about how well my stupid shoes and brand new orthotics will fare during this weekend, though. And by that I mean that I hope my feet won't be in agonizing pain! I'm sure it'll be fine. Also, I just hope I have enough time to buy cool stuff I don't have yet, and pack it all, before the whole weekend has vanished. Ha! How sad would that be? I show up Sunday afternoon, as people are trailing out to their cars and cabs, announcing, "I finally made it!" Hehe. No siree. JournalCon starts tomorrow. Hell, TODAY in fact (it's already Friday.. when did that happen?! .. it's 2:48am!).

And I'm going to be there!
