When I first arrived at Wyatt and Alyssa's place, Ruby was fast asleep and Wyatt opened the door and whispered, "Hi! Shhh. She's sleeping!" It was pretty funny. I didn't get to meet her until later. Wyatt and I decided to go get some lunch as well as buy food for dinner, all of which could be accomplished at their ginormous grocery store! I cannot believe the size of that place. Every time I thought it would end, it just kept going! We got lots of food, plenty of stuff for making lots of delicious meals.

My last morning there, I got to wear Ruby in the baby bjorn as Wyatt and I took a walk to get some coffee. Well, I got an Italian soda, and he got coffee. Ruby chose a nap in the bjorn. It was wonderful taking a morning walk together, enjoying the peaceful neighborhood and the higher temperatures (about 46 degrees).

And in between, there were lots of wonderful moments. Wyatt makes me laugh so much sometimes, and Ruby made us all laugh quite a bit with her silly facial expressions and her beautiful smiles. She'd even talk to us sometimes. All she can really say right now is, "Ooh!" or "Oh!", but it's still really funny. Imagine how entertaining she'll be as she gets older!

It was fun getting a chance to talk with Wyatt and Alyssa and just spend time with them again. I loved it!

I'm really glad I got to visit with all three of them, and I hope to again soon. Ruby is a little treasure and I'm so happy she's part of all of our lives now. My sweet little niece.
