My brain is hazy and sleepy, but damn it, I promised I'd try really hard to update daily, so I'm here!

I'm feeling sleepy because I conked out on the couch while watching t.v. earlier, and hazy because I'm already slightly hungover. And it's only 2am! Joe and I went out with several of his co-workers tonight to a local bar. There weren't too many people, and there was no music at first, so it was really quiet (the music kicked in later, and they played some cool stuff, including Nirvana, which made me happy). And actually, I kind of liked it, since it made it easy to hear each other while we swapped crazy stories and laughed.

When I arrived, Joe offered me some of his beer. He said he'd drive, so I went ahead and indulged. Now this beer was no ordinary beer. It was a huge bottle! I ended up drinking most of it. And another guy bought us some kamikaze shots. And someone else ordered pizza. I love that people have pizza delivered to the bar. That's just awesome.

So I spent the evening drinking and playing pool with some cool people. I even won one the first game! It was a really fun time!

And it was perfect, because there were many reasons to celebrate. For me, it was the last day of the quarter, and the completion of the first and most difficult final exam. Hell yeah, I'll drink to that!
